FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $100.
All orders below $100 have a standard delivery added to order before checkout.
Order Dispatch Process
Orders are dispatched via UPS, FedEx with “signature on delivery” for security reasons.
Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays)
Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number after 5pm.
Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” from your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail,
When Will I Receive My Order
Standard Shipping; post guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please use the contact form. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
Express Shipping; postal guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds due to the Candles being a consumable item.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed.
Unfortunately products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
